Array of activities on the anvil

Madurai March 29 The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Trichy Zone, has chosen the theme `Track Trichy- Invest to flourish' and planned an array of activities for the year 2007-08.

According to the newly elected Chairman, CII, Trichy Zone, Mr K.Premanathan, Tiruchi as a whole is surging ahead industrially on every front and would become a city to reckon with in the next 5 to 10 years.

It has immense potential to deliver high-quality skilled manpower to corporate India. The time has come to track its potential, target growth and attract the flow of investment.

To enable this, exclusive activities have been planned during 2007-08 to make it a multi-faceted industrial hub.

Some of the activities are Enerdrive 2007 in June, Biz Gems 2007 in July, TR Opportunities 2007 in August-September, a conference on higher education in August last, Green build 2007 in September, Homtex 2007 in October, Mini-marathon in December and Trichy Fest 2008 in January.
