SMS Pharmaceuticals Ltd has decided to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Plant Organics Ltd to entrust the job work for conversion of intermediates and other active pharma ingredients. The company informed the BSE on Thursday that the Board of Directors approved the proposal at its meeting held on March 28.
