Globarena Technologies plans expansion

Hyderabad March 30 Bullish on the market for career development solutions, the Hyderabad-based Globarena Technologies is planning to open 100 career campus centres across the country over next three years.

"We will open 85 centres outside Andhra Pradesh over next three years and increase our centres in the State to 15 from current four," Mr Naren S. Ayyar, Managing Director, Globarena Technologies Pvt Ltd, told newspersons after announcing the launch of two new centres in Hyderabad and Guntur hereon Friday.

Begins in TN

Beginning with Tamil Nadu in June, the centres would be set up across the country except the North-East region in a phased manner, he added.

Globarena is also working on clinching some international deals with reputed foreign universities.

"We are in the final stage of talks with some Canadian and American Universities to offer MS IT and MBA programmes through virtual class room route in a dual degree mode," Mr Ayyar said.

Virtual classroom

A pilot programme, which will be initiated in virtual classroom method this year, to be made full-pledged later, he added.

The company, which operates in three main divisions of Placementor, Neovistas and Career Campus, had invested Rs 5 crore so far and plans to pump in another Rs 10 crore over next three years.
