Pokarna raises $12 m via bonds

Hyderabad, March 30

Pokarna Ltd, a city-based processed granite exporter and apparel manufacturer, has raised $12 million by issuing FCCBs (foreign currency convertible bonds). The zero coupon FCCBs are convertible into shares at Rs 295.64. The FCCBs will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, the company said here in a press release.
