Moschip offers stock options

Hyderabad, March 31

Moschip Semiconductor Technology Ltd has informed the BSE that the company's Compensation Committee has granted 4.26-lakh stock options to the eligible employees and its subsidiary under the Moschip Stock Option Plan 2005 and 2002, at a price of Rs 24.80 per option that is the closing price as on March 28, on the BSE.
