Hyderabad April 3 Geodesic Information Systems Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company's board of directors at an extraordinary general meeting held on March 31 has decided to issue 3.14 lakh equity shares on preferential basis to shareholders of Chandamama India Ltd.
