Reliance Communications subscriber base in Kerala

Our Bureau

Kochi, April 4

Reliance Communications has crossed 1.5 million subscriber milestone in Kerala. As per the figures released by AUSPI, Reliance Communications has reached a subscriber figure of 15,18,820 as on February 28. Ever since the launch of service in May 2003, the company has come a long way in reaching this milestone, which is first by any private operator in the State.

Mr Ajay Awasthi, CEO, Kerala Circle, attributed this achievement to some of the innovative initiatives such as bundling of handsets at affordable prices, innovative state specific tariff plans in addition to value added services and net connectivity across the entire coverage area.
