Hyderabad, April 4

Talent acquisition and retention solutions provider Kenexa on Tuesday announced that it has been selected to support the global recruiting initiatives of Goteborg, Sweden-based AB Volvo, a manufacturer of trucks, buses and aerospace components and services.

Under the terms of the agreement, Kenexa in a statement said it would provide an online global recruitment management system, Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing, which will allow Volvo to enhance its ability to recruit the very best candidates from a geographically diverse talent pool. The system will support Volvo's global recruitment process, including automating and streamlining its entire recruitment process and significantly reducing overall hiring costs.
