Tata Tele covers 5-lakh customers

Tata Teleservices has announced that it had crossed the five-lakh customer mark in Kerala. With a significant month-on-month incremental share of 9 per cent in the State, Tata Indicom has emerged as one of the most preferred telecom operators in the circle.

Mr Shyam Sunder V., COO, Tata Teleservices Ltd, Kerala, said the company has 435 towers across the State and offers its services in 315 towns. Its retail expansion has also paid rich dividends by ensuring easy accessibility to the company's products and services. The outlets cover over 100 cities and towns, spanning semi urban and rural areas as well. The recent expansion of handset portfolio and the introduction of Motofone F3c will enhance the user experience ataffordable cost, he said.
