For controlling cholesterol and strengthening heart muscles

Pune April 5 City-based Ayush Wheatgrass Remedies (I) Pvt Ltd has launched `DeerghaU' bottle gourd juice for dehydration, its second offering under the brand after wheatgrass tablets, its flagship product.

The new product will be available in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Daman & Diu, Rajasthan, Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Orissa and Chhattisgarh, and in parts of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, where the company already has distribution channels in place, said Mr Sanjay Redekar, Managing Director. According to Mr Redekar, DeerghaU is a perfect mix of bottle gourd juice, pudina (mint), tulsi (basil), black pepper, ginger and saindhav (black salt). It helps control cholesterol and strengthen the heart muscles.

As a part of its product-line expansion, the company is planning to develop other wheatgrass based products such as multi-action cream and gel.
