Hyderabad April 5 The Rs 1,500-crore project of ICICI Bank in the Financial District here will be completed by December 2008. This was disclosed by Mr K.V. Kamath, Managing Director of ICICI Bank, to the Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, here today when he called on the latter, according to a press release. As part of the project, the bank is building a 28-storey tower to house the back-office operations of its southern region in the country. It will provide direct employment to over 25,000 and indirect employment to over one lakh. Designed by Mr Haffez, a Mumbai-based contractor, the project is coming up on an eight-acre plot allotted by APIIC.
