Call rates closed at 6.5-7 per cent (7-8 per cent). In the first four-day repo auction, the RBI received and accepted three bids for Rs 1,165 crore and in the reverse repo auction there was one bid for Rs 30 crore (against the limit of Rs 2,000 crore).

In the second four-day repo auction, the RBI accepted one bid for Rs 400 crore and in the reverse- repo auction there were four bids for Rs 80 crore (against the limit of Rs 1,000 crore). The CBLO market saw 463 bids aggregating Rs 25,258 crore in the 4-7.5 per cent range.
