Nipuna Services Ltd has appointed Mr Harish S.N. as its Global Delivery Head. His responsibility would be to create `Centres of Excellence' across all existing and new delivery centers.

Harish joins Nipuna, the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) arm of Satyam from 24/7 Customer, India. According to a company press release, at Nipuna, he would also spearhead all quality initiatives.
