Real estate player Piyush Group is developing nine projects in various cities with an investment of Rs 2,370 crore. The residential and commercial projects would come up in tier II towns like Bhiwadi, Palwal, Jaipur and Rudrapur, apart from Delhi-NCR.

The Group recently conducted `Bhoomi Puja' for residential project in Faridabad, `Piyush Heights'. It would be spread over 23 acres and involve an investment of Rs 300 crore.
