Idea Cellular Ltd has launched a recharge option for Rs 996 in Andhra Pradesh market, wherein the customer can call any mobile in the State for Re.1 and will also get the advantage of lifelong validity. Customers can further reduce their call rate to 50 paise per minute and SMS to1 paise by buying top-ups, a statement from Idea said.
