Bartronics plans share capital hike

Hyderabad, April 10

Bartronics India has informed BSE that an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on April 19 to consider hike in authorised share capital from Rs 30 crore to Rs 40 crore.

The company would also consider issue of global depository receipts or American depositary receipts convertible into equity shares, foreign currency convertible bonds worth about $40 million, to fund its expansion plans. Further, EGM would consider appointment of Mr T. Venkateswara Rao as director for five years with effect from April 1.
