Vasan Eye Care plans new centres

Vasan Eye Care is in the process of setting up four more latest eye care hospitals in four districts in the state shortly. Addressing a press meet in connection with the completion of one year of its Kochi centre, Dr A.M. Arun, Chairman, Vasan Health Care Group, said the new centres would be in Kannur, Kottayam, Thrissur and Thiruvananthapuram. The group has earmarked an investment of Rs 20 crore in setting up these facilities. It has two hospitals in Kochi and Kozhikode. Kochi hospital would be adding latest technology to make it a complete destination for super speciality eye care, he said. Vasan Eye Care has performed more than 6,000 successful surgeries last year.
