Sobha Renaissance's acquisition

Bangalore, April 11

Sobha Renaissance Information Technology announced on Wednesday a definitive agreement to acquire Objective Systems Integrators from Agilent Technologies. The acquisition is expected to substantially expand SRIT's product portfolio and addressable market. SRIT's customer base will now increase to about 150 clients.

The deal is an all-cash one and the transition process will be complete by the end of May 2007. SRIT has also announced appointment of Mr Hamish Butler as the CEO of OSI.
