Hyderabad April 12 City Square, a real estate company, has entered into a marketing tie-up with Manikya Meadows for development of the latter's project called `Rich & Famous', which is spread over a 200-acre area on the outskirts of Hyderabad.

An exclusive club house, a Kerala House with ayurvedic centres, 28 exclusive guest houses each representing the cultures of the28 states would come up in the area with an investment of about Rs 50 crore, City Square representatives told newspersons here today.

Though City Square is promoting 9-10 projects, mostly residential in the city and neighbourhood, the present tie-up is aimed at utilising a small group of its large marketing team to the optimum now, Mr M. Sundar Kumar, Project Director, said.

Rich & Famous is located about 40-45 km from the city. The Gated Community, proposed to be developed, will meet the global standards, he said.
