The Hindu Business Line : Railways PRO feted

The Chairman of Railway Board, Mr J.P. Batra, gave away a cash award, merit certificate and a medal to Mr P. Narayanan, Senior Public Relations Officer, Thiruvananthapuram Railway Division, during the 52nd Railway Week celebrations held at Secunderabad on Monday. Mr Narayanan was feted for meritorious service in the filed of public relations, a statement from the Railways said. The award was presented in the presence of the Railway Minister, Mr Lalu Prasad Yadav; the Minister of State for Railways, Mr Naran Bhai Rathwa; and members of the Railway Board.
