Smooth ride for Toyota Corolla

Sales of Toyota Corolla have registered 46 per cent increase in Kerala and Andhra Pradesh during the month of March. Karnataka registered 36 per cent rise, followed by Tamil Nadu with 19 per cent. Kozhikode, Kochi, Thrissur and Thiruvananthapuram were the lead markets in the Kerala region. While nine Corollas were sold in Kozhikode compared to six in March last year, Kochi recorded 23 (18). In Thrissur, 11 Corollas were sold (four), while Thiruvananthapuram saw 10 sales (nine). The cumulative sales for Kozhikode, Kochi, Thrissur and Thiruvananthapuram this year were 19, 37, 15 and 15 respectively, compared to 12, 34, 11 and 15 last year, a release said.
