Buena Vista International Television — Asia Pacific (BVITV-AP), the international television distribution arm of The Walt Disney Company, has announced a restructuring of its Asia-Pacific sales division. Mr Amit Malhotra, Director - Sales, India, will now serve as Regional Director - Sales, Pan-Asia, India and Singapore.

Mr Mark Chan is to become Director - Sales, Greater China, and Mr Ramez Sheikh will now serve as Senior Manager - Sales, South-East Asia. Mr Malhotra, who established the television distributors' office in India in 2004, will be relocating to the company's headquarters in Hong Kong to take up his new responsibilities. BVIT-AP licenses feature films and television series that include Desperate Housewives, Lost and Grey's Anatomy, ABC news programming, as well as specials such as the Academy Awards to various broadcasting platforms across Asia Pacific. `
