Bangalore, April 19

IBM India has begun operations in Goa. This expansion is part of the company's plan to enter 14 new cities in the country. "Opening operations in Goa is an example of IBM's continued commitment to working closely with small and medium businesses (SMBs) throughout India.

There is an untapped market here to help these businesses gain a competitive edge and catch up with their larger counterparts," said Mr Ramesh Narasimhan, Director - Global Small & Medium Business, IBM India, in a release issued by the company.
