Visakhapatnam, April 19

The Visakhapatnam branch of the Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM) is organising a one-day seminar on Sunday at Hotel Dolphin on the role of materials managers with reference to corporate social responsibility. Mr I. Balaraju, Chairman of the branch, said at a press meet here on Thursday that Mr A.K. Dhar, Director (Finance) of the Dredging Corporation of India, would be the chief guest at the inaugural session of the seminar and Vice-Admiral A.K. Kalra, Project Director (Ship-building) of the Eastern Naval Command, at the valedictory session. Mr M.S Randhawa, General Manager of L&T Heavy Engineering Division, Vizag, will be the guest of honour.
