PNB opens 131st Kerala branch

Kochi, April 20

Punjab National Bank (PNB) opened a new branch at nearby Thrikkakara on Friday; it is the bank's 131st branch in Kerala. The branch comes under with core banking solution (CBS) system, providing anywhere anytime banking facility to customers.

Inaugurating the branch, Mr S.M. Veerappan, Deputy Zonal Manager, said that PNB recorded "tremendous growth" in business in the State last fiscal. The bank is planning more developmental activities, he added.
