Mumbai, April 20

i-flex Solutions said on Friday that it has set up a subsidiary, i-flex Solutions SA, in Athens, Greece in partnership with Fourlis Group, the largest holding house of Greece. The subsidiary will cater to the markets of Greece and neighbouring countries. It will provide access to skilled local professionals who will support future deployments in the region, said a company release.

"This subsidiary will allow us to develop alternative talent pools, especially in Romania and Greece, giving us greater flexibility and speed in deploying our solutions," said Mr N.R.K. Raman, COO and Chairman of the new subsidiary.
