Profiles Intl bullish on Indian job market

Bangalore April 21 Profiles International, a global talent assessment firm, is looking at an aggressive growth in the Indian employment market. With over 45,000 customers worldwide and 18 million assessments conducted across 100 countries, Profiles International is looking at assessment opportunities in the Indian IT/ITeS, telecom, hospitality, retail and FMCG sectors.

"The booming industry in HR and all HR strategic initiatives offers exciting opportunities," Mr Oussama Mansour, CEO, Profiles International, Middle East, told newspersons here.

Regional language

Profiles has developed a battery of psychometric tests for various jobs at all levels, from entry-level to board searches. The tests could be administered in various languages, including Arabic, French, Hindi and English. "We're working on making these tests available in various Indian regional languages also," Mr Mansour said. Profiles will expand its presence in the country through franchisees, he said.
