Having trained 11,000 people in Enterprise System Management (ESM)/ Enterprise Application Services (EAS) over the last 18 months and placed 91 per cent of them in top MNCs, global IT Infrastructure Solutions Consulting Company Maples ESM Technologies Pvt Ltd plans to augment the facility to address industry needs. Its founder-President, Mr N. Ram Subramani, told Business Line that its current capacity to train 9,000 people a year across its five facilities in India and one in Japan would be more than doubled to 20,000 this year.

"We are looking at tier II cities for establishing our training centres. While most of these would be company-owned centres, we have not ruled out franchisee arrangement as well," he said.
