Our Bureau

Hyderabad April 23 Megasoft Ltd announced on Monday the launch of BlueAlly, a new division that has been carved out of expertise from Megasoft, Xius and VisualSoft. It seeks to address outsourced product development (OPD) and transformation initiatives.

It is proposed to double its headcount from current 1,000 and develop a campus near here with an investment of Rs 100 crore to host the expanded team in Hyderabad. The new facility would be ready next year.

This launch builds on partnerships with over 20 product companies in a wide range of market sectors — including high-tech, insurance, healthcare and telecom.

The Chief Executive Officer of Megasoft, Mr G.V. Kumar, told Business Line that the launch of BlueAlly is a strategic step for Megasoft.
