Alok Ind, Peacock Alley tie up

Alok Industries Ltd has signed a license agreement with Peacock Alley, a home linen brand in the US. Peacock Alley will provide design inputs to Alok Industries, which will market its home linens range in India. The agreement is initially valid for two years, with an automatic yearly renewal clause. Peacock Alley is a manufacturer and importer of luxury bed and bath linens. Alok Industries will position the Peacock Alley brand in the super premium category for the domestic market. Shares of the company rose 0.85 per cent to close at Rs 63.30 on the BSE.
