Kochi to host food tech expo

Kochi will be host to Kerala's first ever international exposition - Food Tech 2007 - from April 27 to 29. The three-day exposition at the Gokulam Convention Centre would provide a leading platform for suppliers of products for the food and hotel industry. This is for the first time that India Exhibition and Conference Services, part of SAES Network, a multinational organisation that focuses on industry specific trade fair in South Asia, is holding an exposition exclusive for the booming food and hotel industry in the State. The exposition will showcase the best in food and beverages, ingredients, additives, spices, processing and packaging equipment and technologies for the food industry, equipment for bakers, restaurant and super markets, hotel supplies and other services. The exposition is being organised in association with Kerala Hotels and Restaurant Association, Bakers Association of Kerala and Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
