Plastics expo in Hyderabad

Hyderabad April 25 Hyderabad will host the second edition of the Indian plastics exhibition, IPLEX 2007, to be held between April 27 and 30 at Hitex Exhibition Centre here.

The exhibition would focus on the potential of South India in general and Andhra Pradesh in particular for growth, and showcase industry capabilities, Mr Anil Reddy, President, AP Plastics Manufacturers Association, told newspersons here on Wednesday.

A two-day seminar on `India towards globalisation — Role of plastics' will be organised. "Experts will explain the proper use of plastics to protect the environment," Mr Reddy said.The Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, will inaugurate the expo.
