New Delhi April 25 SRF Ltd's profit after tax (PAT) for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2007 was lower by 11.5 per cent at Rs 49.1 crore as compared to Rs 55.5 core in the corresponding previous quarter.

The net sales for the quarter, however, were up 8.3 per cent at Rs 419.77 crore as compared to Rs 387.53 crore. The PAT for the financial year ended March 31 was up 175.9 per cent at Rs 289.07 core as compared to Rs 104.77 crore in the previous financial year. The net sales of the company for the fiscal were up 39.5 per cent to Rs 1,802.5 crore (Rs 1,297.5 crore).
