Kolkata April 26 A Division Bench of the Calcutta High Court comprising Mr Justice P.C. Ghose, and Mr Justice B. Samaddarm, on Thursday said that the Singur and Nandigram cases would be heard by a Division Bench headed by the Chief Justice.

The Supreme Court has asked for all the papers relating to Nandigram from Calcutta High Court. Arrangement is being made to send the papers, but the Division Bench said that the matter would be heard by the Calcutta High Court.
