KG Developers setting up gated community complex

Chennai April 27 The Chennai-based KG Developers and Promoters is setting up a gated community complex within the city.

According to a release, the Rs 50-crore residential project, called KG Green Meadows, will have an oxygen parlour and amenities like jogging track, meditation centre, steam, sauna and jacuzzi, gymnasium and swimming pool.

It would be a residential facility that offers health and fitness options at the doorstep while allowing residents to carry on with daily hectic schedule, the release said.

The project is to be completed in early 2008 at Velachery in the southern part of the city.

KG Green Meadows will have 100 inward-facing semi-detached villas of 1,500-1,800 sq ft, garden apartments and penthouses.

The release quoted Ms Gayithri Punjabi-Mirza, Director, as saying that in designing the project, the company has identified the consumer need for healthy living and wellness in daily routine.
