MAC Cosmetics' second store

MAC Cosmetics, an Estee Lauder brand targeted at the fashion and entertainment industry, launched its second store in the country in Bangalore on Friday. It was created in Toronto in 1985 and is now sold in 55 countries across the world. The first MAC store was set up in India two years back in Mumbai. "We plan to have a presence in Hyderabad and Chennai soon," said Mr Alexis Szabo, Regional Director, MAC Middle East, India and Africa. The MAC professional team works with make-up artists in the entertainment, TV, fashion and film industry is responsible for creating "international looks" on screen and stage, Mr Szabo said. In India, well-known make-up artist Mr Mickey Contractor is MAC's Director for Make-up Artistry in India. The stores would also have professional make-up artists to serve customers and answer queries on make-up and MAC products.
