SunTec Business Solutions has strengthened local support in the US, with a dedicated centre to cut down on customer response time and an expanded presence globally. SunTec is increasing focus on telecom, and banking and financial services and insurance sector in the US. It is a pioneer in `relationship-based pricing' (RBP) and customer-centric billing software.

RBP is a strategy for increasing profitability through more active member participation. The new centre will first deliver support to next generation telecommunication firms such as Cable One. SunTec will continue adjusting resource for existing and new clients in a phased manner, said Mr Nanda Kumar, CEO.
