Mr P.K. Nagpal has been appointed as Executive Director of Securities and Exchange Board of India. He will look after the Investigation Department. He was earlier Chief General Manager in the Investigation Department. He has been with SEBI since inception and has worked in all operational departments. He has been nominated as member of internal and external committees and on the boards of stock exchanges and professional bodies, according to a notification on SEBI Web site.
