BSNL gets new director

New Delhi, May 1

BSNL has appointed Mr Kuldeep Goyal, an ITS Officer of 1972 batch, as Director (Planning & New Services). He was earlier Chief General Manager, BSNL Maharashtra Telecom Circle. He was also Executive Director of MTNL, Mumbai and contributed towards rapid expansion of its mobile and broadband services. Mr Goyal is expected to take over as Chairman and Managing Director of BSNL once Mr A.K. Sinha, the current CMD, retires from service. Mr Goyal is an engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
