Bharat Hotels in Dubai

Bharat Hotels Ltd, owners of `The Grand' in association with Nakheel, a UAE based real estate developer, plans to set up a hotel in Dubai. According to a press release issued by the company, the two have decided to form a joint venture for the purpose. The 244-room, `The Grand Fort Dubai', is expected to be operational by 2009, the statement said. Nakheel will develop and construct the project while the Indian company will manage the hotel operations.
