Hyderabad May 12 Dr Reddy's Laboratories has said that the company at this time was reviewing the decision of the US District Judge in detail and will continue to explore various options related to the effect.

The company is aware of the decision of the federal judge in Manhattan on Friday regarding the litigation over the company's ANDA (Abbreviated New Drug Application) to market `rabeprezole sodium 20 mg', with regard to the patent held by the Japanese company for its drug Aciphex.

"We may or may not appeal against the District Court's decision," a Spokesperson of Dr Reddy's said here.
