Patni Computer Systems said it has formed a new consulting services practice within its manufacturing business unit. The new practice will offer manufacturers solutions designed to improve business performance and corporate competitiveness through strategies, processes and tools. Patni's consulting service offerings are designed to support any aspect of a corporation's business lifecycle ranging from the alignment of IT with business strategies to operational implementation. Patni has named Mr Sanjiv Bhatia as Vice-President of the consulting services practice.
