Mumbai May 17 Deutsche Asset Management has filed for an offshore fund titled `DWS Thematic Offshore fund' with SEBI.

The open-ended scheme will invest in a diversified portfolio predominantly of units of overseas mutual funds and equity and equity-related securities of overseas companies. It will be benchmarked against the MSCI World Index.
