Naresh Trehan quits Escorts Heart

New Delhi, May 18

Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre Ltd (EHIRCL) today announced the departure of Dr Naresh Trehan, who relinquishes the post of Executive Director of the Institute to concentrate on his Medicity business venture. However, he will continue to be a 10 per cent stakeholder in EHIRCL.

Speaking on the developments, Mr Shivinder Mohan Singh, Managing Director, Escorts Heart Institute & Research Centre Ltd and Fortis Healthcare Ltd, said: "Dr Trehan has been associated with Escorts Heart Institute for over 20 years from the inception of the idea to its execution."
