Yarn manufacturer Spentex Industries Ltd has appointed Mr Kapil Choudhary as Deputy Managing Director and Mr Amrit Agrawal as Director-Finance with effect from April 28. Mr Kapil Choudhary previously served as Director-Marketing in the company while Mr Amrit Agrawal was previously the company's Chief Financial Officer.
