Hyderabad, May 19

Fortune Park Hotels, which recently launched Fortune Chariot Beach Resort in Mahabalipuram (Tamil Nadu), is planning to add two more properties in Kumbakonam and Madurai by the year-end. Addressing a press conference here on Friday, Mr Asoka Ghatty, General Manager of Fortune, said the beach resort property at Mahabalipuram was ideally located to attract employees of information technology and multi-national companies. "Instead of going to busy Chennai to access hospitality services, they can effortlessly visit the 40-acre resort," he said. "We have spoken to several corporates to sell the idea. For them, the facility provides a good place for organising their periodical meetings," he said.
