The initial public offering of Nitin Fire Protection Industries was subscribed 48.48 times on the BSE and NSE at 6.00 p.m. Bids were received across the price band of Rs 171-Rs 190. A total of 16,43,39,805 bids were received against the issue size of 33,90,000 shares while 3,23,24,600 bids were received at the cut-off price. Karvy Investor Services Ltd and UTI Securities Ltd are the book running lead managers to the issue.
