Triton Corp buys 2 UK cos

IT solutions provider Triton Corp said has acquired the UK based West Talk Corporate Ltd and New Beginning Finance Ltd for a consideration of £1.3 million (Rs 10.4 crore). Triton Corp will pay £1.2 million for holding 100 per equity in West Talk Corporate Ltd and £80,000 for picking up 80 per cent stake in New Beginning Finance Ltd, said Mr KC Gupta, Managing Director, Triton Corp. "The acquisitions will be financed through internal accruals," he added. West Talk is into providing wireless communication services to network service providers such as Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile in UK, while New Beginning Finance Ltd provides mortgage finance and secured loan broking services for housing and other assets.
