Chennai May 24 The Hindu MetroPlus Lifestyle Show will be held in Chennai, New Delhi and Visakhapatnam this year.

The five-day consumer exhibition has been held in the last three years in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Kochi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Vijayawada.

To be kick-started in Chennai on May 31, the fourth edition of the exhibition has a line-up of product launches.

This includes Samsung India Electronics Ltd's new range of LCDs and microwave ovens, Italian and Malaysian furniture lines by Home & Beyond, 24-carat gold plated foil, trophies and award plates by Kesar Gift Mall and perfume gift packs by SFP Sons (I) Pvt Ltd, manufacturer of cosmetics and perfumes.

There will also be an international pavilion where companies from Thailand, Egypt, Pakistan and Kenya will launch their products in India, according to Mr Supratik Datta, Assistant General Manager, Advertisement and Marketing, The Hindu.

The Chennai event will host 350 stalls spread over 86,000 sq. ft. at the Chennai Trade Centre, besides a multi-cuisine food court set up by Planet Yumm and Vivekananda Coffee. Exhibitors across industries such as automobile, furniture, arts and handicrafts, electronics, interior décor, textiles, jewellery and FMCG will showcase their products from 10 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. on all days.

Tickets to the exhibition are priced Rs 50 each.

Event sponsors include Samsung India Electronics, Ahsan Perfumes, Home & Beyond, Chevrolet (General Motors), Classic Polo and Kesar Gift Mall.
