The Hindu Business Line : Karen set to spread wings

Culinary expert Karen Anand is all set to spread her wings. Last month Karen's Gourmet Kitchen signed a strategic alliance with Jejuri-based Temptation Foods to produce and expand its existing range of conserves and sauces. She is also ready to launch a range of cookware and kitchenware under the brand name Karen's Select, and has tied-up with cookware manufacturer Nirlep for a special range of pots and pans that are already being exported to Italy, but will now be available in the domestic market. And, on the cards, is the publication of a dozen cookbooks in a year's time, the first three of which have just been unveiled.
